WelCity allows citizens and businesses to be able to communicate with the services offered by the Public Administration, specifically it is already possible:

Citizens and businesses registering, will be able to monitor the app, the status of the requests made and the persons in charge of the procedure assigned to them.
For users, the emergency call service to the public security, firefighters and health assistance will soon be active too.
